How Blockchain can be able to create a revolution in the mobile app industry?

In terms of the financial transaction the world has changed its way of paying money; starting from the barter system and now it’s moving to online payment. The app development companies took a step further into the digital world and created digital currency and this is where Blockchain technology comes into play.

App Approval
The major concern for any app developer is the issue of app approval with Google play store and apple apps store being the leaders they demand quality and integrity of the app.

With the introduction of Blockchain technology, the app approval system can be made easier because of the transparency of the app developer.  App developer’s financial transaction will be directly linked to the public ledger.

Advertising
Advertising has become a major concern in every industry especially in the Mobile application side there are more 2.2million apps. The mobile app developers must invest in CPI (Cost per installation) campaigns; these campaigns are very shady and risky and they are being controlled by middlemen.

With the Entry of Blockchain Technology, the advertising style can be modified by eliminating the middlemen and providing a new campaign based on the amount of time spent in application this is called CPA campaign (Cost per attention).

The In-app purchase
A recent report says that more than half the people in the world are using smartphones but among them, only a few billion people are using the in-app purchasing that are necessary for them to use the app. The main hassle comes into the situation is that both the user and developer are not happy with the payment process for in-app purchase.

Blockchain technology will help the user to use their CPA rewards even without the help of credit cards and other payment methods; Apart from this, the Developers can enjoy a benefit of 85% from the transaction value by evading the middlemen.

Infrastructure Security
Security has become a major concern in every digital platform because of hackers and malware problems most of the app developers are very serious about these issues.

Due to the issue of digital currency people worry that Blockchain may also face the threat of security problems, it will empower the app developers and give full control to them so no one can alter the data without their prior access.

Free From passwords
The use of passwords has become a bane in the digital world this may be a bit cryptic but passwords are cracked more easily nowadays by the hackers, but with the help of Blockchain technology there is no need for the use of passwords.

It has its best feature of network decentralization so there will be common consent among the involved people for the authentication of Blockchain based SSL (security socket layer) certificates. This will make the transaction method ease and there will be no issues.

Transparent and Secure Environment
Blockchain technology has the best transparent and secure environment for the transaction; why?  Because the transaction activity will be tracked and monitored in such a way that the users can easily follow the process and also reduce the risk of any fake transaction or security issues. The security concerns will be highly controlled in categorization and information storage and it will be tracked, verified, secured.

Entries can be increased so there won’t be any limits to feed the information. It stands as a strong verification and balancing system that will give the user full control over the digital process.

Your own digital identity
Every individual involved in the Blockchain will have a unique digital identity that is created specifically for them. It is created by filling out their details in the network of the public or private Blockchain domain. This unique identity will be strong and highly reliable so there won’t be any security problems.

The unique identity can be used for various purposes so there won’t be any confusion. This one can be shown to any government organization, Healthcare organizations and financial institutions as a personal identification proof.

For an App developer, this form of identification can be considered as Eden’s apple so that can use this method to create digital identification management apps for different sectors.

The boom of Digital Wallets
Digital wallets have become the state of the art transaction methods in various parts of the world; this form of change is due to the latest change in cryptocurrency advancements. All these are completely secured with the help of Blockchain technology.

Acts as a Complex digital ledger system
The blockchain is simply a vast digital ledger that is powered by an extensive computer network, to send and analyze the data in a seamless manner.

If there’s any change in the accounting records or data it automatically changes the other machines that are connected on the same network and above all the values are adjusted based on the changes.

This kind of methodical approach should be followed by the mobile networks as well normally the mobile networks exploit the client and server system. A major focus has to be in this because mobile networks are overburdened with millions of users trying to access the data, but with the help of this technology the problem can be solved as the Blockchain Facilitates increased storage space and uninterrupted data streaming services.

Safeguarding by multiple user access
Blockchain gives the users multiple accesses but it needs verification of adjusted information. With this technology, enciphering is a very difficult process and makes it impossible to duplicate the system without the decryption key.

In the upcoming years, Blockchain technology will grow parallel to mobile technology and it will be widespread. The mobile app development company is motivated on creating custom OS apps the Blockchain technology can safeguard the consumer to the highest level and confidentially secures all your app projects with new industry standard security and encryption.

Chennai’s OMR to get Marina Mall

OMR Mall Developers Pvt Ltd (OMRD) plans to construct a 5,40,000 square feet shopping centre, Marina Mall, on the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR or Rajiv Gandhi Salai) in Chennai.

The company has raised a debt funding of Rs 244 crore from Kotak India Real Estate Fund for the completion of its shopping centre. OMRD is a special purpose vehicle promoted by Mukrim Habeeb and developer Allied Investments and Housing Pvt Ltd

A 126-room hotel and a residential property will also be developed at Marina Mall, with an additional 4.50 lakh square feet of car park. The project is expected to be finished within 8-10 months.

"This funding will help fast track the development of our Marina Mall in Chennai, which we expect to become a shopping destination. This will be the only Grade-A shopping centre in a 25-km radius, housing top national and international brands and fulfilling the social need of the OMR stretch," said Habbeb.

The mall has been designed to give a 360-degree view from the main atrium. The centre will have an eight-screen multiplex, a large family entertainment centre and about 100 stores, including key retailers such as Lifestyle, Spar Hypermarket, Inox, Pantaloons, Reliance Trends, Max Fashions, Home Centre.

Chennai will add 4 malls to existing 12 by 2020

The city will add four new shopping malls to the existing 12 by 2020, increasing its total mall retail space by 38% -from 5 million sqft to 6.9 million sqft.

Over the course of the next three years, 34 new malls, spread over 13.6 million sqft, will come up across the country, with Hyderabad accounting for one-third of this space and Chennai 11%, says a report by international realty consultant Cushman & Wakefield.

Malls in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune, the report says, will supplement space in their current inventory by around 20% in the same period.

Of the new malls coming up in Chennai -where Phoenix Market City (1 million sqft) is now the largest -two will be in Velachery and one each in Anna Nagar and Navalur. VR Mall in Anna Nagar, nearing completion, will measure up to Phoenix in size, the report says.

Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pure are the only major cities where new malls opened this year; none were opened in Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Kolkata. Malls in Delhi added 3.1 million sqft last year, while Chennai and Hyderabad drew a blank. Mumbai was the only city to add mall space in 2017 (1.1million sqft) over 2016 (8.5 lakh sqft). Pune dropped from 8.37 lakh sqft last year to 6 lakh sqft this year.

While there was a 55% jump in mall space leasing (2.3 million sqft) across the country between January and September 2017, new supply , at 1.9 million sqft, during the period was a yearon-year decline of 63%.
Developers have regained confidence, with investors showing greater commitment. Private equity funds invested an estimated `7,959 crore in malls between January 2016 and September 2017, the report said.

After a prolonged period of slow growth, the retail sector has regained momentum, it said. "Increasingly it is understood that retail malls will continue to hold importance as a "destina tion going beyond stores and selling," the report said.Even e-commerce firms are establishing a physical presence through "experience" stores in malls and on prominent high streets, it said.

"With the estimated size of retail sector pegged at Rs 1 trillion by 2020, at a CAGR of approximately 15% between 2016 and 2020, the scope for retail real estate remains high. With foreign retailers entering the country and aggressively expanding, brands prefer to be located in malls that are likely to have higher occupancy levels," said Cushman & Wakefield India country head and MD Anshul Jain.

The only city not expected to see any change in the mall sector in the next few years is Ahmedabad, which remains a large high street retail city, the report said.

Choose the right inverter & battery for your home - Quick Guide

Are you planning to buy a new inverter or upgrade your old one? Whatever may be the reason, it is very important to understand what is the right inverter for your home. The power requirement at your home can be different from your neighbour’s home. So do not just blindly install the same inverter (in terms of power) in your home. Before buying an inverter for your home do a little homework and understand the basics.

# What is an inverter?

Most of us associate inverters with emergency power back-up – a device that magically lights up our house when the government cuts the main supply of electricity.

This belief is only partly right.

Yes, one of the uses of the inverter is to provide power back-up but if that was it then why would they use inverters in developed nations, where they never face power cuts, like US, UK, Australia etc.?

Simple Definition for Inverter:
Simply speaking, the inverter is a device that turns Direct Current (DC) from batteries to Alternating Current (AC).

 And we hear you asking,

# what is this DC and AC ?

Direct current (DC) is produced from the source of energy such as batteries or solar panels.

Unfortunately, direct current can’t be carried to over long distances – that is why the main electricity supply we get in our houses is in AC – alternating current.
All of our electronic equipment is made to run on AC because that’s what we get in our main power supply. AC and DC look something like this:

As you can see, direct current is really like its name. DC is so direct that it just flows in one direction whereas alternating current is more like a sea with waves – it goes high and low.

# Now here comes the problem:

If batteries and solar panels (the original source of energy) generate DC and but all of our ordinary electrical equipment like fans, TV, lights, laptops etc. can only run on AC then how can we power them through batteries and solar panels?

Inverter solves the problem:

The inverter takes DC from batteries or solar panels and converts it into AC so that you can plug and play electric stuff like fans, TV, lights, blenders, laptops etc. through the inverter, anywhere.

In countries like India when the main (grid) power supply is often cut, inverters keep the power up through batteries – they convert the DC power stored in batteries into AC as they are attached to the main power socket of our house so that we can continue operating our electrical equipment even during power cuts

# How are the batteries charged?

Inverters in India have an inbuilt charger for them to charge batteries. When the main grid supply is on they charge the batteries.

In foreign countries, people use inverters when they are cruising in their RVs, private boats or camping in remote places to use their electric gadgets like blenders, TV sets, laptops, microwaves etc. They can power the gadgets by simply plugging them into inverter, and the inverter is charged from the car batteries.

The technology has advanced too much that inverters are obsolete in India as they have been replaced with Home UPS – a device which intelligently combines the features of inverters and UPS into a single unit. No one buys an inverter these days, they buy UPS.
So what do you need to know?

Look at the list of appliances that you want to run on backup and their wattage. Check the list below to get some standard values used for calculations:

  • 1 Fan – Fans Consume 70-90 Watts. For calculation we take 90 watts.
  • 1 tube light – Assume 40-50 watts for standard tube lights. 28 watts for T5 tubelights.
  • 1 CFL – 25 watts (default) or take the actual number if known.
  • 1 Television – LED TVs take 30-100 watts depending on size. LCD TVs consume 50-150 watts. CRT takes about 120 watts.
  • Set top boxes consume anywhere between 8 watts and 25 watts. Standard Definition set top boxes consume 8 Watts. HD boxes consume about 18 watts and HD DVR boxes consumed 25 watts.
  • Desktops consume 120-250 watts depending on type High end is about 450-650. Those with LCD screens consume about 150 watts and those with CRT about 250.
  • Laptops consume about 50 watts.
  • Wi-Fi routers, modems, mobile phone chargers, etc consume 5 watts or less.
  • Gaming stations and home theatre systems consume 100 watts or more depending on type and size. It should be available on product manual or on manufacturers’ website.
  • A room air cooler would be about 250-300 watts.
  • Induction cooker would be 1000-1500 watts (or 1 – 1.5 kW)
  • Mixer Grinder would also be about 350 watts.
Now in the example, above we needed a 356 VA inverter and we want a backup of 6 hours, then the total VAh that we need is: 356 x 6 = 2136 VAh
A regular inverter battery available in market is of 12 V, so the Ah value of battery required would be: 2136 / 12 = 178 Ah
At the end, we’ll also recommend some reliable and secure batteries from sellers that you can trust on.

"6 Things You Must Know, Choose the Right Inverter & Battery for Your Home"

1. First, understand your Power Requirement

One of the most important factors that you must know before buying an inverter is your “Power requirement”. In simple words- what all electrical appliances (like fan, tube lights, television, CFL etc.) you want to run at the time of power failure. The power requirement is the addition of the power consumed by various electrical equipment.

Suppose you want 3 Fans, 3 Tube lights, 1 CFL & 1 television to operate at the time of power failure. Below is the power consumed by these items:

1 Fan – 70 Watts
1 tube light – 40 watts
1 led light – 7 watts
1 led television – 70 watts
1 Refrigerator - 140 Watt

Therefore your total power requirement is (3*70 +3*40 +8* 7 + 1*70+ 1*140) = 596 watts

2. Find the VA rating of the inverter you need

It stands for the Volt ampere rating. It is the voltage and current supplied by the inverter to the equipment. If an inverter operates with 100% efficiency, then the power requirement of the electrical items and power supplied by the inverter is same. But we all know that 100% or ideal conditions don’t exist in reality. Most inverters have the efficiency range from 60 % to 80%. This efficiency is also called power factor of an inverter and is simply the ratio of power required by the appliances to power supplied by an inverter. The power factor of most inverters ranges from 0.6 to 0.8.

Hence Power supplied (or VA rating of the inverter) = Power requirement (power consumed by equipment in watts) / Power factor.

Usually, at homes, power factor ranges from 0.65 - 0.8, taking 0.7 for the calculations,

Power of inverter (VA) = 596/0.7 = 851 VA

So an inverter with 900 VA will be the right choice for your home

3. Know the battery your inverter needs
The battery is the backbone of an inverter system. The performance and life of an inverter largely depend upon the battery quality. The next big question is “how much back up will an inverter provide?” or for “how many hours it can run all of your equipment?”. This is what is called the battery capacity. It is the battery capacity that decides the backup hours. It is expressed in Ah (Ampere Hours).

In the market batteries with a capacity of 100 Ah,150 Ah, 180, 220 Ah etc. are readily available. So how to decide which one do you need? To find this out let's do a reverse calculation. Consider that you need a battery that provides back up to 3 hours.

Battery capacity = Power requirement (in VA) * Back up hours (in hrs) / Battery Voltage (in volts)

For lead-acid battery, battery voltage = 12 V.

Battery Capacity = (851 * 2) / 12 = 142 Ah

In reality, battery performance degrades with usage, so you are recommended to buy 5-10% higher capacity battery.

Therefore a battery with a capacity of 150 Ah will work for you.

So if you want to run 3 Fans, 3 Tube lights, 8 LED lights 1 television & 1 refrigerator for 2 hours during a power failure you would need 900 VA inverter and 150 Ah battery.

4. Single Battery or Double Battery

Now suppose your power back up requirement is 4 hrs for the same power load.

Battery Capacity required = (851*4) / 12 = 284 Ah ~ 300Ah

Since batteries are available between 60-200Ah, you will need 2 battery of 150Ah (in series) to provide 300 Ah. Two batteries together create 24 V output, hence you need to choose inverter which supports 24V input.

5. Battery Plate Type

Lead acid batteries come in flat plates or tubular (rod-shaped) plates.

Flat Plate or Tubular batteries come in small height containers, and are suitable for low power cut areas as their designed cycle life is low.

Tubular batteries come in small as well as tall containers, they typically have a longer design life, suitable for all areas. Due to the longer life, they are replacing flat plate batteries in inverter battery applications.

Plates should be constructed from highly pure lead alloy with high-pressure casting machines to ensure low maintenance and long life.

6. Consult with Technical Person
Finally, you can consult with a technical person or shop owners. They can assist very well as you need inverter and battery for your home. We would suggest Box Power Enterprises one among the best

Other Features

When buying you may consider other features such as:
Warranty: Higher warranty indicates longer life and superior quality. Typically, the warranty on batteries ranges from 12 months to 48 months.

Float indicators & vent plugs: Batteries have conveniently placed visible float indicators so that you don’t miss topping up water when needed. Vent plugs should be designed to ensure that the gas pressure inside the battery is regulated.

Terminal Protectors: Batteries should come with terminal protectors to ensure utmost safety to the consumers. These protectors prevent chances of accidental electrical shock.

By understanding this simple calculation you not only save yourself from the misleading information shared by inverter dealers but also help yourself in taking the correct decision.

Here, are some batteries that we highly recommend. Amaron, Exide, SF Sonic, Luminous, Microtek, Tata Green, Amco and Amptek, This was highly recommended by one of the top and leading suppliers of Chennai, for batteries and inverters Box Power Enterprises (Contact: 9884688036) A good thing about this company is they offer the most competitive prices and absolutely free delivery & installation within 24 hours of your order. Staff Favorites: Kelly loves Aveda's Shampure Dry Shampoo

Let's face it, sometimes we don't want to wash our hair! The amount of time it can take to prep, dry and style it is not something we do not want to do every single day. At this point, we've all tried various dry shampoos and have attempted to rock different hairstyles throughout the week to hide the fact it's been four days since we last washed our locks.
We know the progression:
Day 1: Clean hair! You wear it straight, it smells amazing and you look fab!
Day 2: Eh, it's still looking decent. Let's add some volume, curls and hairspray galore
Day 3: Ok, starting to look a little greasy, but manageable. Throw it up in a high pony or messy bun.
Day 4: Need to hide these roots! Headband, bandana, or hat day.
Day 5: Maybe it's time to wash your hair...

So, what's the best dry shampoo to use on your "off" days? Personally, I've fallen in love with Aveda's Shampure Dry Shampoo. There are many reasons why this is now my favorite go-to product. I never leave the house without it! First of all, it smells amazing (let's be real, all Aveda products smell GREAT!). This is primarily due to it being 99.8% naturally-derived. Secondly, it adds great texture and volume. I have thin hair and it is always a struggle to do anything different or exciting with my style. Another feature I adore about this dry shampoo it's a non-aerosol product. I've never seen another dry shampoo like it in stores (unless you're someone who typically sticks to using baby powder!).

How to use:

Simply puff the non-aerosol product into the scalp area and hairline. The harder you squeeze the bottle, the more product you’ll apply. If you have excess oil in a particular area, apply a bit more product. Once the dry shampoo has been applied to the root area, use the tips of your fingers to massage the scalp. You’ll notice that the oil will be absorbed towards the scalp, as well as the calming aroma of the 25 pure flower and plant essences.
Stop by Essentials to try out this product along with many others. I know you'll love it just as much as I do!

Massage: A Luxury or a Much Needed Part of a Healthy Lifestyle?

Massage therapy has been around for over 5000 years. So why is something like this, that has been practiced for thousands of years and is easily accessible to anyone, considered a luxury experience?

Think about this: How many times a week do we come home from work or the gym complaining of a sore back, tense shoulders or tight muscles in our necks? As a mother of three children I know my life alone, outside of my job, creates stress upon my body. To destress, some people reach for a glass (or entire bottle!) of wine, get a new haircut, or go out to dinner with friends, but what medical benefits do any of these options provide for you? Massage therapy is not only a great way to unwind but is essential for your general well-being.

I find that therapy is the best none drug-related medicine for most ailments and treats more issues than is commonly discussed. To name a few:

1.Boosts immunity
2.Reduces anxiety
3.Helps fibromyalgia
4.Decreases stress in cancer patients
5.Decreases rheumatoid arthritis pain
6.Helps chronic neck and back pain
7.Enhances athletic performance
8.(and a big one) Promotes relaxation, including your sleep patterns

Don’t we all want to feel our very best? When you strive to live a healthy lifestyle, why wouldn’t you choose to love your body first? Here is a reminder for you: YOU ARE worth it! One massage for one hour, once a month can change your life. Treat yourself and provide your body with the healing it needs to go on and live a happy, healthy life.

Playboy playmates jailed in Mexico over visas ‘begged for food and water’

Three Playboy playmates have described their distress after being jailed in Mexico because authorities believed they did not have correct visas.

Elif Celik from Turkey, Marie Brethenoux from France and American Lauryn Elaine said they were detained for 24 hours and had to beg for food and water.

The three models had been drinking champagne at Playboy’s Music Fest in Merida on June 30, when immigration officers stormed the event in a midnight raid and detained them, Elaine told Fox News.

"We came to Mexico to celebrate each other's company and to gain publicity with our fans by coming to these parties in Meridá and Cancun," Elaine said.

"Around midnight, immigration came and busted into our party when all of us girls were sitting at our VIP tables enjoying champagne and music.

"They then rounded us up into a large room and weeded us all out by checking everyone's IDs."

She said that the three were not being paid for the event.

"We do not get paid for these events so we were wrongfully taken because they abused their authority and thought they could shake down Playboy Mexico by taking us," she said.

She added they were put "in a holding cell cage for almost 24 hours, and we had to beg for food and water.

"Luckily our Playboy Mexico family was extremely quick on taking action."
