How Blockchain can be able to create a revolution in the mobile app industry?

In terms of the financial transaction the world has changed its way of paying money; starting from the barter system and now it’s moving to online payment. The app development companies took a step further into the digital world and created digital currency and this is where Blockchain technology comes into play.

App Approval
The major concern for any app developer is the issue of app approval with Google play store and apple apps store being the leaders they demand quality and integrity of the app.

With the introduction of Blockchain technology, the app approval system can be made easier because of the transparency of the app developer.  App developer’s financial transaction will be directly linked to the public ledger.

Advertising
Advertising has become a major concern in every industry especially in the Mobile application side there are more 2.2million apps. The mobile app developers must invest in CPI (Cost per installation) campaigns; these campaigns are very shady and risky and they are being controlled by middlemen.

With the Entry of Blockchain Technology, the advertising style can be modified by eliminating the middlemen and providing a new campaign based on the amount of time spent in application this is called CPA campaign (Cost per attention).

The In-app purchase
A recent report says that more than half the people in the world are using smartphones but among them, only a few billion people are using the in-app purchasing that are necessary for them to use the app. The main hassle comes into the situation is that both the user and developer are not happy with the payment process for in-app purchase.

Blockchain technology will help the user to use their CPA rewards even without the help of credit cards and other payment methods; Apart from this, the Developers can enjoy a benefit of 85% from the transaction value by evading the middlemen.

Infrastructure Security
Security has become a major concern in every digital platform because of hackers and malware problems most of the app developers are very serious about these issues.

Due to the issue of digital currency people worry that Blockchain may also face the threat of security problems, it will empower the app developers and give full control to them so no one can alter the data without their prior access.

Free From passwords
The use of passwords has become a bane in the digital world this may be a bit cryptic but passwords are cracked more easily nowadays by the hackers, but with the help of Blockchain technology there is no need for the use of passwords.

It has its best feature of network decentralization so there will be common consent among the involved people for the authentication of Blockchain based SSL (security socket layer) certificates. This will make the transaction method ease and there will be no issues.

Transparent and Secure Environment
Blockchain technology has the best transparent and secure environment for the transaction; why?  Because the transaction activity will be tracked and monitored in such a way that the users can easily follow the process and also reduce the risk of any fake transaction or security issues. The security concerns will be highly controlled in categorization and information storage and it will be tracked, verified, secured.

Entries can be increased so there won’t be any limits to feed the information. It stands as a strong verification and balancing system that will give the user full control over the digital process.

Your own digital identity
Every individual involved in the Blockchain will have a unique digital identity that is created specifically for them. It is created by filling out their details in the network of the public or private Blockchain domain. This unique identity will be strong and highly reliable so there won’t be any security problems.

The unique identity can be used for various purposes so there won’t be any confusion. This one can be shown to any government organization, Healthcare organizations and financial institutions as a personal identification proof.

For an App developer, this form of identification can be considered as Eden’s apple so that can use this method to create digital identification management apps for different sectors.

The boom of Digital Wallets
Digital wallets have become the state of the art transaction methods in various parts of the world; this form of change is due to the latest change in cryptocurrency advancements. All these are completely secured with the help of Blockchain technology.

Acts as a Complex digital ledger system
The blockchain is simply a vast digital ledger that is powered by an extensive computer network, to send and analyze the data in a seamless manner.

If there’s any change in the accounting records or data it automatically changes the other machines that are connected on the same network and above all the values are adjusted based on the changes.

This kind of methodical approach should be followed by the mobile networks as well normally the mobile networks exploit the client and server system. A major focus has to be in this because mobile networks are overburdened with millions of users trying to access the data, but with the help of this technology the problem can be solved as the Blockchain Facilitates increased storage space and uninterrupted data streaming services.

Safeguarding by multiple user access
Blockchain gives the users multiple accesses but it needs verification of adjusted information. With this technology, enciphering is a very difficult process and makes it impossible to duplicate the system without the decryption key.

In the upcoming years, Blockchain technology will grow parallel to mobile technology and it will be widespread. The mobile app development company is motivated on creating custom OS apps the Blockchain technology can safeguard the consumer to the highest level and confidentially secures all your app projects with new industry standard security and encryption.

Choose the right inverter & battery for your home - Quick Guide

Are you planning to buy a new inverter or upgrade your old one? Whatever may be the reason, it is very important to understand what is the right inverter for your home. The power requirement at your home can be different from your neighbour’s home. So do not just blindly install the same inverter (in terms of power) in your home. Before buying an inverter for your home do a little homework and understand the basics.

# What is an inverter?

Most of us associate inverters with emergency power back-up – a device that magically lights up our house when the government cuts the main supply of electricity.

This belief is only partly right.

Yes, one of the uses of the inverter is to provide power back-up but if that was it then why would they use inverters in developed nations, where they never face power cuts, like US, UK, Australia etc.?

Simple Definition for Inverter:
Simply speaking, the inverter is a device that turns Direct Current (DC) from batteries to Alternating Current (AC).

 And we hear you asking,

# what is this DC and AC ?

Direct current (DC) is produced from the source of energy such as batteries or solar panels.

Unfortunately, direct current can’t be carried to over long distances – that is why the main electricity supply we get in our houses is in AC – alternating current.
All of our electronic equipment is made to run on AC because that’s what we get in our main power supply. AC and DC look something like this:

As you can see, direct current is really like its name. DC is so direct that it just flows in one direction whereas alternating current is more like a sea with waves – it goes high and low.

# Now here comes the problem:

If batteries and solar panels (the original source of energy) generate DC and but all of our ordinary electrical equipment like fans, TV, lights, laptops etc. can only run on AC then how can we power them through batteries and solar panels?

Inverter solves the problem:

The inverter takes DC from batteries or solar panels and converts it into AC so that you can plug and play electric stuff like fans, TV, lights, blenders, laptops etc. through the inverter, anywhere.

In countries like India when the main (grid) power supply is often cut, inverters keep the power up through batteries – they convert the DC power stored in batteries into AC as they are attached to the main power socket of our house so that we can continue operating our electrical equipment even during power cuts

# How are the batteries charged?

Inverters in India have an inbuilt charger for them to charge batteries. When the main grid supply is on they charge the batteries.

In foreign countries, people use inverters when they are cruising in their RVs, private boats or camping in remote places to use their electric gadgets like blenders, TV sets, laptops, microwaves etc. They can power the gadgets by simply plugging them into inverter, and the inverter is charged from the car batteries.

The technology has advanced too much that inverters are obsolete in India as they have been replaced with Home UPS – a device which intelligently combines the features of inverters and UPS into a single unit. No one buys an inverter these days, they buy UPS.
So what do you need to know?

Look at the list of appliances that you want to run on backup and their wattage. Check the list below to get some standard values used for calculations:

  • 1 Fan – Fans Consume 70-90 Watts. For calculation we take 90 watts.
  • 1 tube light – Assume 40-50 watts for standard tube lights. 28 watts for T5 tubelights.
  • 1 CFL – 25 watts (default) or take the actual number if known.
  • 1 Television – LED TVs take 30-100 watts depending on size. LCD TVs consume 50-150 watts. CRT takes about 120 watts.
  • Set top boxes consume anywhere between 8 watts and 25 watts. Standard Definition set top boxes consume 8 Watts. HD boxes consume about 18 watts and HD DVR boxes consumed 25 watts.
  • Desktops consume 120-250 watts depending on type High end is about 450-650. Those with LCD screens consume about 150 watts and those with CRT about 250.
  • Laptops consume about 50 watts.
  • Wi-Fi routers, modems, mobile phone chargers, etc consume 5 watts or less.
  • Gaming stations and home theatre systems consume 100 watts or more depending on type and size. It should be available on product manual or on manufacturers’ website.
  • A room air cooler would be about 250-300 watts.
  • Induction cooker would be 1000-1500 watts (or 1 – 1.5 kW)
  • Mixer Grinder would also be about 350 watts.
Now in the example, above we needed a 356 VA inverter and we want a backup of 6 hours, then the total VAh that we need is: 356 x 6 = 2136 VAh
A regular inverter battery available in market is of 12 V, so the Ah value of battery required would be: 2136 / 12 = 178 Ah
At the end, we’ll also recommend some reliable and secure batteries from sellers that you can trust on.

"6 Things You Must Know, Choose the Right Inverter & Battery for Your Home"

1. First, understand your Power Requirement

One of the most important factors that you must know before buying an inverter is your “Power requirement”. In simple words- what all electrical appliances (like fan, tube lights, television, CFL etc.) you want to run at the time of power failure. The power requirement is the addition of the power consumed by various electrical equipment.

Suppose you want 3 Fans, 3 Tube lights, 1 CFL & 1 television to operate at the time of power failure. Below is the power consumed by these items:

1 Fan – 70 Watts
1 tube light – 40 watts
1 led light – 7 watts
1 led television – 70 watts
1 Refrigerator - 140 Watt

Therefore your total power requirement is (3*70 +3*40 +8* 7 + 1*70+ 1*140) = 596 watts

2. Find the VA rating of the inverter you need

It stands for the Volt ampere rating. It is the voltage and current supplied by the inverter to the equipment. If an inverter operates with 100% efficiency, then the power requirement of the electrical items and power supplied by the inverter is same. But we all know that 100% or ideal conditions don’t exist in reality. Most inverters have the efficiency range from 60 % to 80%. This efficiency is also called power factor of an inverter and is simply the ratio of power required by the appliances to power supplied by an inverter. The power factor of most inverters ranges from 0.6 to 0.8.

Hence Power supplied (or VA rating of the inverter) = Power requirement (power consumed by equipment in watts) / Power factor.

Usually, at homes, power factor ranges from 0.65 - 0.8, taking 0.7 for the calculations,

Power of inverter (VA) = 596/0.7 = 851 VA

So an inverter with 900 VA will be the right choice for your home

3. Know the battery your inverter needs
The battery is the backbone of an inverter system. The performance and life of an inverter largely depend upon the battery quality. The next big question is “how much back up will an inverter provide?” or for “how many hours it can run all of your equipment?”. This is what is called the battery capacity. It is the battery capacity that decides the backup hours. It is expressed in Ah (Ampere Hours).

In the market batteries with a capacity of 100 Ah,150 Ah, 180, 220 Ah etc. are readily available. So how to decide which one do you need? To find this out let's do a reverse calculation. Consider that you need a battery that provides back up to 3 hours.

Battery capacity = Power requirement (in VA) * Back up hours (in hrs) / Battery Voltage (in volts)

For lead-acid battery, battery voltage = 12 V.

Battery Capacity = (851 * 2) / 12 = 142 Ah

In reality, battery performance degrades with usage, so you are recommended to buy 5-10% higher capacity battery.

Therefore a battery with a capacity of 150 Ah will work for you.

So if you want to run 3 Fans, 3 Tube lights, 8 LED lights 1 television & 1 refrigerator for 2 hours during a power failure you would need 900 VA inverter and 150 Ah battery.

4. Single Battery or Double Battery

Now suppose your power back up requirement is 4 hrs for the same power load.

Battery Capacity required = (851*4) / 12 = 284 Ah ~ 300Ah

Since batteries are available between 60-200Ah, you will need 2 battery of 150Ah (in series) to provide 300 Ah. Two batteries together create 24 V output, hence you need to choose inverter which supports 24V input.

5. Battery Plate Type

Lead acid batteries come in flat plates or tubular (rod-shaped) plates.

Flat Plate or Tubular batteries come in small height containers, and are suitable for low power cut areas as their designed cycle life is low.

Tubular batteries come in small as well as tall containers, they typically have a longer design life, suitable for all areas. Due to the longer life, they are replacing flat plate batteries in inverter battery applications.

Plates should be constructed from highly pure lead alloy with high-pressure casting machines to ensure low maintenance and long life.

6. Consult with Technical Person
Finally, you can consult with a technical person or shop owners. They can assist very well as you need inverter and battery for your home. We would suggest Box Power Enterprises one among the best

Other Features

When buying you may consider other features such as:
Warranty: Higher warranty indicates longer life and superior quality. Typically, the warranty on batteries ranges from 12 months to 48 months.

Float indicators & vent plugs: Batteries have conveniently placed visible float indicators so that you don’t miss topping up water when needed. Vent plugs should be designed to ensure that the gas pressure inside the battery is regulated.

Terminal Protectors: Batteries should come with terminal protectors to ensure utmost safety to the consumers. These protectors prevent chances of accidental electrical shock.

By understanding this simple calculation you not only save yourself from the misleading information shared by inverter dealers but also help yourself in taking the correct decision.

Here, are some batteries that we highly recommend. Is this a good time to invest in gold?

Currently, the gold is trading at Rs 29,550 level, which is about Rs 1,000 lower than the recent high. Market analysts bet on more correction in coming future which gives investors a good opportunity to invest in gold.

Corrections in both global and domestic markets created a great opportunity for investors to accumulate gold in their portfolio this festive season before a possible rebound.

"The current price correction offers an opportunity for investors and individual consumers to buy gold ahead of a possible rally based on strong fundamentals. In fact, the downside is very limited in gold. Prices are expected to rebound from the current level," Business Standard quoted Gnanasekhar Thiagarajan, Director, Commtrendz, a city-based equity trading and research analytics firm, as saying.

The ongoing geopolitical tension between the United States and North Korea and on the domestic front the rise of inflation made investing in gold a safe bet. The current price made it a good investment avenue against all odds.

Strengthening dollar against major global currencies and as traders pulled out money in a short-term move made global gold price slump from $1,350 an oz to $1,265 an oz. India gold fell by about 3 percent from Rs 30,500 per 10 grams to Rs 29,550 per 10 grams.

"Fundamentals for gold continued to remain supportive. So, the current price decline is, in fact, a good opportunity for investors to book gold before its price starts moving up," Jayant Manglik, President, Religare Securities, told the business daily.

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has forecast that inflation will increase in last week's monetary policy meeting. High inflation will further pull down the value of Indian currency against US dollars. And any depreciation in the rupee would make imported commodity costlier in local currency, thus gold would become costlier going forward.

"Since the GST council rescinded it's August notification, the cash purchase limit has gone back to its earlier level of Rs 200,000. So we advise our customers to buy gold now before its price shots up," said Kumar Jain, Director, Umedmal Tilokichand Zaveri, a bullion dealer and jewellery retailer in Zaveri Bazaar in Mumbai.

My father wanted a Bengali girl for me, I needed a boy: India’s first Miss Trans Queen

The 26-year-old realised she was a woman trapped in a man’s body when she was just a child and has seen a lot of heartbreaks and broken friendships after she decided to change her gender.

She started the transformation process through hormone replacement therapy (HRT) after she moved to Delhi and has held her high ever since.

Nitasha, who is pursuing a management course, will now represent India in the Miss International TransQueen in Thailand in March 2018.

We caught up with the Kolkata girl to get a peek into her life’s struggles, her beliefs, and how her Miss Trans Queen title could change things for the transgender community in India.

How long does the transition process take to change one’s gender?

It takes around three to four years. Throughout the process, I was talking with my psychologist and my cousin brother. It’s tough because you need to understand who you are as a person and who you are as a soul.

When did you realise you wanted to be a woman?

Right from childhood. When my school friends from St Xavier’s went to play football, I stayed home. I was fond of badminton though and played a lot. But, mostly I was nurtured within the walls of my house and watched TV and stayed home. My mother died when I was very small so my dad played the role of a mother and father both. My brother (seven years elder) also supported me a lot because I came out to him in Class 6, though I knew about myself since Class 4.

He thought that it was a phase I was going through and that I would fall out of it and start liking girls, but I told him I am a girl myself. In fact, when I was in Class 10 he told me that it’s high time I started watching p**n. So, he gave me an adult CD and I gave it to my father, who freaked out. My brother didn’t talk to me for a week. After finishing my schooling from St Xavier’s and graduation from National Institute of Media and Communication, I moved to Delhi to start my transition phase.

What sort of reactions did you get when you told people you wanted to change?

I had a lot of friends leaving me and people talking behind my back. Initially, I felt bad but I held my head up high. I hardly had any friends during that phase. It was basically my friend Raunak, who was there for me, and my father, back in Kolkata.

When I finally came out to my father, I told him, “I am the reincarnation of your wife, so you cannot throw me out. This is when I was in Mumbai, had become a girl, and my father had come to meet me.”

Even before my transition, my father was trying to convince me that I should get married and that he would look for a Bengali girl for me. Which is when I told him, “But I want a Bengali boy!”

What are the issues faced by transgender women in India?

There is a lot of discrimination; there are rapes and no family support. When a person is taking such a decision, the family just throws them out. When you go out and people look down on you, it feels really bad. Due to this 70% of the transgender population is going under depression because society discriminates against them and looks down upon them. There is no monetary or job support and many end up in the s*x trade.

Sometime back, I also came to know about a transgender woman who was not accepted by her family due to which she decided to leave her house. She ended up in a circus, performing as a freak show. Though people used to laugh at her, she used to feel good because she could finally be what she thought herself as. But, the situation kept worsening for her, and ultimately when she died, there was no one there to even cremate her.

What needs to be done for the transgender community in India?

There need to be a lot of employment programmes. Thai airlines, PC Airways has [transgender women] air hostesses working with them, why not Indian airlines? Why not Indigo? Why not Vistara and the others? There need to be special boards formed that help provides money to transgender women for their education. There also needs to be a lot of awareness and education about transgenders in the villages. I even have a book coming out in a few months titled, “Nitasha: The voice of many” by Alka Vasudeva. She had seen me and said she wanted to write a book about me.

There also needs to be member of Parliament (MP) seats for transgenders. Only a transgender MP can understand the issues our community is facing.

PM Narendra Modi has a special request for Anushka Sharma

Three years after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's pet project Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was launched, the movement is set to become bigger. PM Modi is reaching out to celebrities and inviting them to be a part of Swachhata Hi Seva, a campaign which will "encourage widespread support for, and participation in cleanliness initiatives across India" in the days leading up to the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

Anushka Sharma was one of the celebrities he reached out to, and the actor took to Twitter to announce her association with the campaign. Along with the picture of the letter, she wrote, "Happy Birthday to our honourable PM @narendramodi ji. Thank you Sir for the invitation to join the #SwachhataHiSeva movement. I am honoured to be a part of #SwachhBharat campaign and will do my best for the noble initiative of #SwachhataHiSeva."

On the work front, Anushka was last seen on the big screen in Imtiaz Ali's Jab Harry Met Sejal. She is currently working on her production, Pari, which she will also star in. Apart from this, she will be seen in Rajkumar Hirani's Sanjay Dutt biopic, Aanand L Rai's film in which Shah Rukh Khan will play a dwarf as well as a Yash Raj film titled Sui Dhaaga - Made in India.

How This Woman Retired at Age 32 - and Says You Can Too

How to Become Financially Independent

Anita Dhake is retired. At 32 years old, she walked away from her well-paid job as a lawyer and hasn't looked back since. Yes, she racked up almost $100,000 of debt during three years of law school, but once she got out of school, Anita took a different approach than many of her peers chose.

After graduating from the University of Chicago's law school, she decided she would work hard until she paid off her debt and saved enough to retire as soon as possible. She did the math, and that meant quitting once she had saved 25 years' worth of living expenses, which she would keep relatively low. She wouldn't have a fancy car or house, but would make up for it with the personal freedom and energy to check off her personal bucket list. After five years of working and maintaining a frugal lifestyle, Anita reached her goal and left the office for good.

Anita's story almost sounds too good to be true, but after talking to her, I realized that she's simply making trade-offs available to many other young people - even those who don't pull in a six-figure salary. Since retiring in 2015, Anita now writes about her life as a financially independent 30-something on her blog The Power of Thrift and believes other young people can retire early, too.

Even though she's retired, Anita is still productive and growing; she travels the world and even wrote a book, set to come out later this year. But instead of doing this "work" for the money, she does it for the pleasure of improving her life. If you want to know her secrets, including the practicality of how she actually invests her savings to make it last, read our interview below.

How to Prepare For (Very) Early Retirement
POPSUGAR: How much money do people generally need to save to retire early?

AD: You need about 25 times your yearly expenses to be safe. The less you need, the sooner you can retire. The day I quit, I had $690,000. It's almost two years later, and I've earned perhaps $400 from my blog, but my net worth is now more than $800,000 thanks to investments.

PS: Could you share how much you made each year as a lawyer? Out of that, how much did you spend vs. save?

AD: My starting salary was $160,000. By my last year, I made about $320,000. I was living in Sydney, Australia, and got a cost of living adjustment plus bonuses. I never saved less than 75 percent of my paycheck. Sometimes as high as 90 percent. My expenses in Chicago were around $1,500-$2,000 per month. In Australia, it was maybe $3,000 or so.

PS: Do you think someone with a lower salary could retire early, too?

AD: It's more about your savings rate than your income. With a lower salary, of course it will take longer than my five years working as a lawyer, but isn't retiring at 45 still better than retiring at 65? If you think it will be impossible to retire early, then it will be. It takes creativity and determination, but it's possible.

PS: What is the first thing a young person should do if they want to retire early?

AD: Ask themselves why and what kind of life they want. Then work toward that life. I wanted to travel and sleep in and write and read and just generally be a bum. Every time my alarm clock woke me up for work, I'd reiterate to myself what I wanted. Keep in mind the big goal so you're not distracted by the shiny objects of everyday life. Know what you're working toward.

It's easy to get lost in the day to day. That's the point of working. To buy stuff. Keep your eye on the big prize and go for the big and harder happiness. The autonomy. The ability to design your own life. I also think people don't track their spending, so they have no idea how much they're actually wasting on short-term happiness splurges that fade way too quickly for how much of your precious money you just wasted on it.

Anita uses her newfound freedom to travel the world, including Rio de Janeiro, where she took this photo.

How to Make Sure You Don't Run Out of Money
PS: How do you make money today if you're not working?

AD: There are different paths to financial independence, but I took the lazy path. My investment vehicle of choice for my savings is VTSAX, which is the total stock market index fund from Vanguard. With my strategy, I'm betting on civilization continuing. I pay the lowest amount of fees possible. Fees are what ruin your portfolio.

PS: So your long-term "savings" plan is to live off the gains from the original money you saved and invested?

AD: The market returns, on average, seven percent per year. I guesstimate I'll lose three percent for inflation. This means I can take out four percent each year and still maintain my buying power and not touch the principal [the original $690,000 she saved]. Theoretically. So far, so good. Also, I practice sensible flexibility. I recently spent about $7,500 crossing off life bucket list item number six - writing a book. So I house-sat for five months instead of renting.

PS: You mention you need to save 25 times your yearly expenses, which would be about about $27,000 per year for you. Did you accurately estimate your yearly expenses? Do you still feel comfortable living within that budget?

AD: I've been tracking my expenses for years, so I knew exactly what I needed. So far, I've always spent way under what I'm "allowed" to spend per my retirement chart. I'm not concerned at all. I buy everything I want, whenever I want. The key is, I just don't want that much. I know what makes me happy and buy that. I also have a lot more time to save creatively. It's cheaper to fly on a Tuesday than a Friday. I can house-sit all over the world. I can always alter my extravagant lifestyle, hang out in a cheap country for a bit. It's about sensible flexibility.

PS: You're still young so a lot could change in your life, including adding a romantic partner or child or dealing with an unexpected health issue. How do you think that would impact your financial independence?

AD: If I were to find a romantic partner - which I hope happens! - I imagine my finances would improve. I'd have someone to split housing expenses with. I'd eat more dinners at home. I feel asinine talking about kids when I don't have any, but I do think kids don't need as much stuff as we buy them. The most valuable thing you can give your child is your time. And isn't childcare the most expensive part of having children? If you don't work, you can stay at home home with them. I know people who have used cloth diapers and made their own baby food. I wouldn't save for my child's education. I graduated with student loans and think it gave me perspective. It's better when everything isn't handed to you. Again, I'm childless and single, so feel free to scoff and ignore me here.

A health scare is the hardest part for me. But there's a good possibility I could go bankrupt if I got sick with excellent health insurance. There are too many holes in that system. I've read about people going to other countries and paying out of pocket where it's cheaper. I know that's not a satisfying answer.

What It's Actually Like to Be Retired in Your 30s
PS: How did your friends and family take the news that you wanted to retire at 32?

I'd been talking about retiring early for years before pulling the trigger. I paid off nearly $100,000 in student loans in a year and wouldn't shut up about it. I had a retirement chart where I tracked my expenses and my projected passive income and I showed it to anyone who expressed interest. By the time I pulled the trigger, people expected it. My family in particular just sees it as normal and "Anita" because I've been obsessed with the idea for ages. I also tried to talk to all my friends about it because I think it's so attainable if it's even a little bit appealing. It just takes focus and creativity.

PS: What would you say to people who worry they would be bored in early retirement? Or that they would rather work so they don't have to watch their spending so closely?

AD: I don't understand the boredom comment from people. There's so much to do! So many books to read. So many places to travel to. So many people to meet and befriend. So many items left on my life bucket list to tackle. Plus, I love to sleep.

I realize this life isn't for everyone and that there are some people who genuinely like to work and make money. I say awesome sauce to you if that's the case. Enjoyment of time is primary, and if you love your job and can happily do it for the rest of your life, then it doesn't matter how long your working life is. All I care about is that people are thoughtfulabout the decision and don't just mindlessly go along with it because that's what most people do.

PS: What do you make of "minimalism" trends like KonMari? Do you see an overall trend toward wanting fewer material things and striving for financial independence?

AD: I'm a huge fan of KonMari. She perfectly encapsulates how one should look at stuff. The more you have, the less it all individually means. If you're deliberate about your stuff, it most certainly can bring you joy. As long as it's not mindless consumption, stuff can be super useful and help your life. I love how mainstream the idea is becoming, but I think it still has a long way to go.

Teen puts virginity up for sale on website where it's verified by a doctor and buyers can also do their own tests

A teenager is putting her virginity up for auction on a website where doctors will verify to potential buyers that the girls have not had sex.

The 18-year-old, named only as Kim, is hoping to sell her virginity so that is able to pay for university, as well as buy a flat and a car.

According to German local media she contacted a specialist escort agency selling virgins for millions with the words: "Hello, my name is Kim and I would like to sell my virginity."

The young woman , who is half Austrian and half German, wants to study somewhere in Germany or in the Austrian capital of Vienna.

Potential buyers can also carry out their own 'inspections' on Kim

Kim was inspired by Aleexandra Khefren who sold her virginity for £2million

She decided to sell her virginity to finance her studies, a flat and a car.

According to the Cinderella Escorts website, her virginity is proven with a doctor's certificate and a potential buyer can also do their own tests to "inspect" the girl.

On their website, Kim states she likes drinking orange juice and loves Greek food and roses.

Kim said: "I would like to study in Germany or Vienna. With the money I can buy a flat, pay my tuition fees and afford a car."

The student was inspired by Aleexandra Khefren, a 18-year-old Romanian model who sold her virginity for €2.3million (£2million) to an unnamed businessman from Hong Kong.

News about Khefren and the virgin escort agency went viral across the world and also came to the attention of Kim.

She said: "So is it really worth more than €2.3million to give my virginity to a man who might eventually leave me anyway? To be honest, I do not believe it."

Kim says she is willing to meet with the highest bidder anywhere in the world as long as all travels are paid for.

Bidding for the Kim starts at €100,000 EUR (£86,640), of which 20% goes as a fee to Cinderella Escorts, according to local media.

They reported that the man behind Germany's most famous escort website is a 26-year-old obese German from Dortmund who still lives in his mother's basement.

Jan Zakobielski outed himself as the man behind the multi-million pound operation which he runs from his parent's house, both of them unaware of his business.

Zakobielski said: "No one makes these young women do anything they don't want to do. They have their own minds and their own opinions on sexuality."

‘Nothing sexual’: Naked maids wanted to clean homes, £45 per hour

A naturist cleaning company is offering £45 (US$55) per hour for women willing to work entirely in the nude.

London-based Naturist Cleaners is on the hunt for women willing to clean, dust and vacuum homes around the country, wearing nothing but slippers and gloves.

The firm, which offers naked cleaning services for the nudist community, charge clients £65 for the first hour and £55 each hour thereafter, and must agree to a strict “no touch” and no pictures or video policy.

There are three services: one with the client nude, one with the cleaner nude, and the option of both.
An ad, posted on Facebook, reads: “We are looking for female naturist cleaners who can clean private houses nude.

“The job will require doing all general cleaning like dusting, tidying up, vacuuming, watering plants, making beds, using the washing machine, ironing clothes and cleaning windows.”

The company, which is looking for part-time cleaners of “all ages and figures,” began in London two years ago and is now expanding outside the capital. Local ads are springing up in places like Peterborough, Surrey and Southport.

Owner Laura Smith told ITV she had the idea after a nudist asked if he could be naked while she cleaned for him.
“We started in London two years ago and it’s proven really popular, so we’re expanding.

“It’s a service for the nudist community. We are a cleaning company. There is nothing sexual about the business at all. The majority of our clients are nudist.

“I understand people will think certain things about the company, but there is nothing untoward about it.”

In a blog post on the company’s website, it says: “There is nothing out there that even comes close to the unique, fun and exciting experience of hiring a maid for a nude cleaning service.

“It’s the kind of experience you never forget, and it’s the kind of experience that can keep a huge smile on your face for the rest of the week.”
